Hi Kevin, You absolutely can. If your organization has ArcGIS Server, you can publish your content to ArcGIS Server. Go to the rest endpoints for that service, copy the url, and add the item from the web in ArcGIS Online. Just be aware that once you do this, the service will not scale out like a traditional service on ArcGIS Online. If you get 1,000 requests on that service, your ArcGIS Server infrastructure will need to be able to support that number of service instances. ~Alex

Hi Jeremy, You can certainly sum values in fields: Processors—Real-time Data Feeds and Sensors (10.6) | ArcGIS Enterprise Operators and functions supported by Field Calculator Operation Operator Example Addition + Odom1 + Odom2 Expression adds the numeric values from the fields Odom1 and Odom2 to produce a simple summation. String concatenation (for example, "Hello" + "World") is also supported. If you have multiple values in one field, you can parse these out using regular expressions into separate fields. You can then sum those values together. If you post some sample data, I would be able to make a better recommendation. ~Alex

Mark, We are aware of the issue. Chrome 67 breaking Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.x and 10.4.x Please be aware that Chrome 67 was recently released and is causing problems for older versions of Portal for ArcGIS as well as other areas. This is being tracked as BUG-000114325 for Portal for ArcGIS. Also affected is GeoEvent Manager (all versions) and the ArcGIS Data Store configuration wizard (10.6). The behavior is a blank page in the browser. Portal for ArcGIS 10.5 and higher are not affected. Portal for ArcGIS 10.2.x is not believed to be affected. What we're doing: A patch is already available for Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 that fixes this issue. Affected customers on 10.3.1 should download and install the latest security patch: https://support.esri.com/en/download/7584 Patches for Portal for ArcGIS 10.3, 10.4, and 10.4.1 will be created and released as soon as possible. Note: the security patch listed above is also available for 10.4.1, but that version of the patch does not fix this particular issue. Patches for GeoEvent Manager across all versions will be created and released as soon as possible. A tech support KB article describing the problem and workarounds for the ArcGIS Data Store configuration wizard will be posted. We do not plan to issue a patch for this. This problem will be resolved for GeoEvent Manager and ArcGIS Data Store in 10.6.1. Luis, I have seen problems like this in the past. I usually try to restart the GeoEvent Server windows service when this occurs. If that does not work, try to administratively reset GeoEvent: https://community.esri.com/community/gis/enterprise-gis/geoevent/blog/2018/01/09/howto-administratively-reset-geoevent-server-105-1051-106 If you still see that behavior, do a full uninstall and reinstall. Also, you have adequate memory on the machine right? Derek, The SQL at the end of the SelectLayerByAttribute_management call is where you are selecting based on attributes. In this example arcpy.SelectLayerByAttribute_management("dissBuffs_lyr", "NEW_SELECTION", "sumPoint_2 > 1")‍‍ You are selecting all records that have the attribute "sumPoint_2" that is greater than 1. The function then stores this in memory as whatever you want to call the variable; in this case "NEW_SELECTION." Can you post a link to your other post with details? Are you trying to join multiple tables? I need to know more context before I can provide you an appropriate answer. ~Alex

Will, I have successfully implemented this using HTTPS in amazon. {"WebSocketContextURL": "wss://negeoevt.esri.com:6143"} I have also helped a few organizations to get HTTPS to work. It is usually related to a firewall rule that is blocking TCP 6143. Give me a call if you want to discuss. ~Alex

Joseph, Are you using 10.5.1, 10.5, 10.4.1? Also, do the variables here: ${Vehicle_ID}, ${Driver}, ${Time_Stamp} or ${Speed} match your field schema in the output geoevent definition exactly? Check your geoevent definition -- are the field names all lower case, all caps? My experience with not passing variables properly, even if the rest endpoint has fields one way, it needs to match the geoevent definition fields. I typically setup my definitions to match the rest endpoints exactly. ~Alex

Lynchburg, Since SQL 2008 is not compatible with SDE 10.4, your DBA moved the database to SQL 2016 first? SQL Server 2016 is not supported for SDE 10.2.2. System Requirements 1. Please put a support ticket in. 2. This will allow for a potential solution in your current environment without having to entertain the following thoughts: Your DBA should have done their due diligence to check compatibility, but since it already happened, you need to work a plan to remedy this compatibility situation. Depending on the complexity of your SDE database, it might be easier to recreate your database as a fresh build in 10.4.1 (which does support SQL Server 2016) Microsoft SQL Server database requirements for ArcGIS 10.4.x—System Requirements | ArcGIS Desktop ~Alex

Lakshmanan, You should have it there: Feature Service Outbound Transport outbound 10.5.1 Feature Service OutboundTransport implementation. The first thing I would do is contact technical support to see if they can help you import the missing transport. If that is not an option they might advise to: Backup your entire GeoEvent configuration using Configuration Store => Export Configuration => All Uninstall GeoEvent and Delete leftover folders. For example mine is installed here: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\GeoEvent Reinstall and then import your configuration back into the interface. Kipo, Instead of using the C path, try to utilize your direct database connection to your sqlwork.sde For example my original SQL geodatabase is Enterprise_SDE Replicated database is Replicated_SDE Feature Class is "python_precision" Here is the path to the origin feature class using the database connection path: Database Connections\Enterprise_SDE.sde\Enterprise.SDE.python_precision‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ I was able to get the code below to work just fine utilizing the actual database connection paths. import arcpy arcpy.CreateReplica_management(in_data="Database Connections\Enterprise_SDE.sde\Enterprise.SDE.python_precision", in_type="ONE_WAY_REPLICA", out_geodatabase="Database Connections\Replicated_SDE.sde", out_name="TabRep", access_type="FULL", initial_data_sender="PARENT_DATA_SENDER", expand_feature_classes_and_tables="ALL_ROWS", reuse_schema="DO_NOT_REUSE", get_related_data="GET_RELATED", geometry_features="", archiving="DO_NOT_USE_ARCHIVING")‍‍‍‍‍‍ Try that and let me know if that works! ~Alex
