In my Story Map Cascade, I have duplicated an immersive view which had two sequential text boxes on it. I want to delete one of these on the new immersive view and can't seem to find how. Basic question but I'm stuck! Thanks Shona

Hi Allison, It's worked! Many thanks for the advice over the GlobalID and GUID fields. I followed the advice on the Crowdsource Reporter page to set these up originally but I have to say your instructions are far clearer. All I have to do now is await December's release so I can have attachments. If I have any more issues, I'll post them here. Thanks again, Shona

Hi Allison, Many thanks for your reply. I’m now going down the Crown source Polling route as suggested, the Reporter gave my users a bit too much choice on what they could do! The Event Permit Review is pretty close to what I need and have got much of the way there. Couple of issues that I’m struggling with. I can’t get the comments to come up under the feature box in the app once they are filled in I want users to be able to attach documents. The table and feature class don’t seem to be linked although I have set them as related tables as well as adding the relationship class to the geodatabase so not sure what I’m doing wrong. The attachments are set on the table so again, not sure what’s not working. Any ideas from the community are very welcome! Thanks Shona

Hi Katie, Thanks for your reply. I am looking at the Crowd Source Reporter as opposed to the Crowd Source Polling as it seemed to provide a bit more flexibility. I want to create an app that allows engagement from parish and town councils about the priority of maintenance on a footpaths. A desk exercise has given an initial priority status and I want users to comment on that status i.e. do they agree with what we propose? I also need them to add further information to help us decide if their comments are valid i.e. how often is the path used and to be able to add photos or other documents. The editing type apps sort of do what I want but they are aren't very non-user friendly and the crowd sourcing requires social media logins which we don't want to use. Any ideas what might work better? Thanks.

Hi Derek, Tried it with Firefox and it works! We use IE11 as a default. Many thanks for the advice, I thought I was losing the plot yesterday. Any idea of a timescale on the fix? Thanks Shona

Hi all. I'm using the smart editor in Web App builder to allow users to edit the attributes of two fields of an editable feature layer and add an attachment. The attachment adds fine but the save button is greyed out. If you shut the widget box, the only change that stays is the addition of the attachment. Ticking the option to "Prompt to save unsaved edits when form is closed or switched to the next record. " makes no difference - no prompt is displayed. Has anyone come across this issue? Thank you.

We have created an app to enable citizens to give us details about boundaries in the countryside. We are using either GeoForm or Question Where as we don't want people to have to download an app to their phone. We have a feature service with attachments enabled and a "blob" field. Neither app will allow a photo to be taken and attached to the record being saved. Is this a known issue? What are we doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi all, We are using ArcGIS 10.3.1 to create map services to publish on ArcGIS Portal also 10.3 (I think). Some of these are created as Map Images as the layers within them need to be kept together. The layers are grouped within ArcMap and some have sub-groups. All the data shows in the Web Map but when the Web Map is used in a Web App, those lars in sub groups don't show and/ or don't work properly with pop-ups not working etc. Can sub groups be used in Web Apps and if so, how do I get them to work?
