Jupyter Notebook installed with ArcGIS Pro does not allow a person to install geopandas. I thought if I install Anaconda software separately that might allow me to installing geopandas but it does not. It seems geopandas can not be installed using Jupyter Notebook if ArcGIS Pro is installed on the same computer. This means we can't teach both Arcpy and geopandas using the same computer. Can this problem be fixed? Thanks, -Wangyal

Shelley, Thanks for reaching out to me. We worked with the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise tech support in upgrading our ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.6 to 10.7.1. We managed to upgrade the Portal, both web adapters, and the server, but failed to upgrade Data Store. We got a message saying the Database upgrade failed. The tech support suggested that we create a new VM, install ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1, and move the content from the production server (where the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6 was installed) to the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1. Once that is done and everything looks good, then we can uninstall 10.6, reinstall 10.7.1, and move content to the production server. I thought of using Export Site and Import Site options in ....portal/portaladmin or the Webgisdr tool but I was told by another Esri tech support who was trying to help us migrate data we can't do this. In order to use those tools we need to have the same version of ArcGIS Enterprise which we don't have right now. What options do we have now? Thanks, -Tsering

Is there anyone who had migrated ArcGIS Enterprise data from one version of software packages to another. We are trying to migrate the data from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6 to 10.7.1. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, -Tsering
