Hi, I have a rendered (Obj) format model that I have imported to ArcGIS Pro using the tool “Import 3D Files”, but it is not located in the right position. I have tried Geo-referencing it but did not work. Then I used the multi-patched method: created a multipatch (simple cube or sphere) for the location where the .obj will be located. Then used the editing tool to replace the multipatch, the 3D got located but positioned upside down and the rotate icon takes time to rotate the object where the software (ArcGIS Pro) keeps loading and gets stuck. I would appreciate it if someone can help to solve this issue. Thank you

Hi Dominik Allemann, Thanks for your reply. 1) I checked the "Parcels" section under the "Layers" tab in the data manager: I have imported the parcels-count and it is shown. 2) I have tried adding a new project or Plan, and then clicked on "Parcels" button in the blue header bar before starting to draw the study area and the parcels do appear but whenever I finish drawing the study area the parcels disappears. 3) I have also tried drawing a plan study area and the parcels seem to show that it exists on the left in the content, but not visible on the urban plan context.

Hi, I have a question about adding parcels in ArcGIS Urban. I exported the feature layer that I wanted from ArcGIS Pro then added it in the parcel layer in the manager (in ArcGIS Urban), but no parcels appear. I appreciate if anyone can suggest how to resolve this problem. Thank you

Dear Till, Sorry for the late reply. I figured out that the problem was how I had converted my 2D data into 3D in ArcGIS Pro. I had to change the Building feature layers elevation from “Absolute Height” to “On the Ground”. This was making the buildings to go beneath the ground level. Thank you for your help. Hi Till, Thank you for the reply. 1) Yes, the buildings are shown underground in ArcGIS Urban, but are aligned correctly when looking at the buildings in the SceneViewer of ArcGIS Online 2) I did load the existing buildings in the data manager in the "Existing buildings layer for schematic visualization (SceneLayer)" 3) I have set the Terrain 3D by Esri as the Custom elevation and it is still does not make a difference in the ArcGIS Urban. Best, Samiya AlIsmaily

I am working on 3D Visualization. I am now trying to learn how we can use and promote ArcGIS Urban using local data. I already have an urban model that I have imported as a web scene but the 3D buildings go under the base map (Under ground). On the other hand, when I open the web scene the buildings a perfectly shown on the base map. I appreciate if anyone can suggest how to resolve this problem.
