I created a Web App using the Web App Builder in AGOL, and I used the Dashboard template. It has worked fine for the past 2 years, but a few months ago it suddenly changed and now when it is opened in Chrome the layout is different and some widgets disappear. When it is opened in any other browser it shows the original Dashboard layout and it works fine. I have tried everything in Chrome, from clearing browsing history, cache and cookies, and haven't been able to fix it. Here's how the app should look: And here's how it appears in Chrome:

I talked to customer support and there was a problem because the subscription ID was not lined to the customer ID. They were able to help me fix this and now I see the changes reflected.

Thanks Chris for your reply, however, it's been 13 days and I still don't see the changes reflected in AGOL. That's why I was wondering if I need to do anything to activate those changes...

I have an existing organizational AGOL account, with existing users. I recently purchased additional user licenses and credits, and I see these in My Esri but not in AGOL. How do I active both of these things in AGOL? I only see the option to create a new AGOL account, which I don't want to do.

I'm using the Dashboard theme for a Web App, and it seems to only support a maximum of 5 widgets in the placeholders in the map area. However, I need to add a 6th widget. How can I add it? I also can't seem to be able to group widgets in here.

Thank you Mike. It would be great if this AGL hosted features could support this capability, since this is key and it becomes a limitation to have good inline maps.

I have a question related to this. I created a map in ArcGIS Pro and took the time to configure labels using differentiated class labels where I selected the best placement and color corrseponding to the color of the feature. I published it to my AGOL and now the labels are gone, and although I can activate labelling in AGOL, it is very simple labelling (one format for the entire layer and limited choices of placement) and I lost all the work I have done in ArcGIS Pro. Furthermore, I need the differentiated class labelling for my map because it's the only way of knowing what name correspnds to what feature sinsce these are line segments that are connected. I expected that by publishing to AGOL from ArcGIS Pro I would get the same labelling. Is there any setting that I need to check before I publish to get this? I created a Web App for my work division to use. In the App I use the Screening Widget to run screening analyses, and so my users draw points, lines or polygons for their Areas of Interest. They would like to be able to save those drawings as shapes so that if they need to run the screening again at a later time, they won't have to draw everything again (at least if they save it as a shape, next time they just need to upload it and run). Is there any way to do this? I also include in the App the Draw widget (separate from the Screenign Widget), where the drawing can be added as an operational layer, so that it appears in the layer list and I can turn it on or off, but I can't save it or download it as a shape. Perhaps there should be a Convert Graphics to Feature widget in AGOL Web Apps? Thanks, Daniela
