Our users have been having issues with Collector making them sign in randomly. It doesn't take them back to the main sign in, but a box pops up asking for credentials. Today I downloaded an offline map, and 5 minutes after it was done I tried to sync it. A box popped up saying "credentials required" even though Collector hadn't been closed out since the download, WiFi connectivity was not lost, and the iPad screen wasn't even locked. Used to our users could go weeks or months without ever having to sign in, now it's happening all the time. Has anyone else had this issue? I figure it's a bug that ESRI will fix in a few months, but it's becoming quite burdensome.

We just started noticing this issue for certain users. We're on version 20.2.3. They scan items in with a bluetooth barcode scanner, and Collector keeps crashing and they lose data. Have you been able to figure out the problem?

Location services are enabled, we've been using Survey123 for almost a year now so it isn't a first-time use issue.

Recently our users have been getting a box popping up when they open Survey123. It's not necessarily an error, it just asks "Wouold you like to open settings?" If you hit "OK" it takes you to Survey123 settings in the iPad. I'm not sure what exact setting it's wanting the user to adjust. This is a new issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Our users have been getting a new error when using an offline map out in the field. When they open Collector, a box pops up that says "Sign In Failed. A server with the specified host name could not be found." Everything still works fine, but it pops up anytime they open the map on cell service. This hasn't happened prior to the last few weeks. Is anybody else having this issue or know how to resolve it?

When I run the Web Isolation Trace in ArcMap, it takes a very long time to run. 1-2 hours, depending on where I run the trace. Is that normal? Even once it's in the Utility Isolation Trace app, it takes a while and then fails. I can't find much about the isolation trace in the GeoNet, nor have I had any luck with getting responses to my questions in the ArcGIS Solutions community, so I'm not sure what's going wrong with the trace.

We have a couple Survey123 items that are in the testing phase before we deploy them fully. Anytime we do a test survey, I bring the hosted feature class into ArcGIS Pro and delete the test features before we start the new round of testing. To my understanding, when you edit a hosted feature layer in Pro, the changes are automatically saved (I still check the "save edits" button, just in case). The problem is that occasionally I'll go back the next day and the features that I deleted the day before are back in the hosted feature class. What's going on?

I've created a model that compares two tables that have been joined. I use the select layer by attribute tool to select two fields that are not identical. Table1.this <> Table2.this, for example. If the values don't match, then that attribute is updated with the value from Table2. It all works fine, but it's taking an unreasonably long time. I have about 12 fields being checked, but each Select Layer by Attribute tool takes 15-20 minutes in the modelbuilder. 15 minutes to select something? It takes the model about 2.5 hours to run, and it's a fairly simple model. Select and calculate. I know ArcGIS Pro is *exponentially* slower than ArcMap in every aspect, especially geoprocessing tools, but this just seems ridiculous. I've cleared the cache, checked all my settings, and my computer has plenty of memory. What's going on?

I'm referring to adding the layer to a map in ArcMap. As stated in the original post, I'm seeing that service URL in the catalog pane rather than the survey name. Please see original post with picture attached for how they look in catalog.

I have a map change request feature that allows field crews to submit notes on incorrect info in the map. I have it symbolized for whether its a water or sewer problem. There's also a status field that shows whether the request is open or has been resolved. Once the request has been resolved, I don't want it to show on the map anymore. I tried to do that by adding a custom expression as a second attribute in the webmap symbology, but for some reason it won't stick. I type the arcade expression, hit ok, but when I get back to the symbology pane it's still only showing that I'm symbolizing based on one attribute. What's the problem? Can I not symbolize based on a field AND a custom arcade expression?

We're publishing to enterprise and using Connect to create the surveys. Our version of ArcMap is 10.6.1, so could that be the problem? The names show up fine in ArcGIS Pro, so our solution right now is to edit hosted feature layers in Pro rather than ArcMap.

No, because it looked like it didn't apply to 2012. We might try anyway, though.

I updated to ArcGIS Pro version 2.5 last week, but just now finding out that we can't use it. Apparently it doesn't support connecting to Microsoft SQL Server 2012, even though 2012 hasn't even reached end of life yet. How can I roll back ArcGIS Pro to the latest version of 2.4 so I can connect to our geodatabase? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere online.

We have quite a few Survey123 surveys we recently created, and we were trying to bring them into ArcMap. The problem is that the name of the hosted feature layer the survey creates is just a string of numbers and letters. I've attached a photo of what we're seeing in the Catalog pane of ArcMap. Once we drag it into the map the name shows up, but then we have to bring every one into the map until we find the feature service we're looking for. Is there a way to change that string of letters into something more useful? There's nothing in the item description or properties either.
