We're using relationship/0/field. We configured the popups in Pro and published it, but we switched the fields to relationship/0/field when we couldn't get the collector to display the popups correctly. We were hoping that would fix it, but no such luck. Seems like something ESRI would having working by now.

We created a map in ArcGIS Pro and configured custom attribute displays for some features, one of which pulls data from a related table. The popup works great in Pro. We published the map through portal and the popups work great in the web map. Once we get the map onto Collector, though, the fields that show attributes from the related table are blank, even though it displayed correctly in Pro and the web map. If you scroll down past all the attributes you can open up the related record, so I know it's there, but the info just doesn't get pulled to the popup in Collector. What's going on?

We have a feature class called Operation Incidents that keep track of leaks and other issues with our water mains. Two of the incident cause types are "service line leak" and "service line leak replaced." When a service line is replaced, a new Operation Incident point of the type "service line leak replaced" is put on the service line, and any other "service line leak" from before also get changed to "service line leak replaced." The point of this is to look at a service line and see how many leaks there have been to determine when it needs to be replaced. Once it's replaced, we can ignore the previous leaks. I'm noticing that the incident type has not been updated for some points, though, and there are almost 2000 to go through. Is there a simple or automated way to go through each service line and basically say "if the date of the Service Line Leak Replaced record is newer than the date for Service Line Leak record for this service, update the Service Line Leak record to Service Line Leak Replaced." I know it sounds complicated, but I haven't been able to find an easier way to do this than manually sorting through all of them.

I've configured popups for hydrants in ArcGIS Pro to show a hyperlink as well as a few of the field attributes. It looks perfect in Pro, but when I share it as a web layer the popup only shows the hyperlink without any of the other fields. I know that I can manually add those fields to the popup in the web map, but that's time consuming and will have to be redone anytime we redo the map. Having the popups show up in the web map the exact way they do in Pro would be very convenient. Is there a way to make this work? Am I missing Something? I've attached pictures of the difference between Pro and the web map in Portal for reference.

We've created meter reading routes for Navigator where each stop is a waypoint to avoid constant "you've reached your destination," since some routes have 800+ meters. We use pre-planned routes, but we came across a problem the other day. Due to high water, we couldn't cross a bridge to reach a set of meters. Since this was a pre-planned route though, it kept trying to keep us on the route even though it was inaccessible, and thus we couldn't continue onto the rest of the route. Though sometimes we can prepare for that if we know a bridge will be closed, what about last minute changes? For example, if there is a car wreck or an unexpected road closure? Is there a way to work around that on the go, even in a spot without cell coverage?

I'm creating a survey for meter inspections that will be launched through a popup in Collector. Some of the information needed for the survey is in the meter feature class, so I can autopopulate those survey answers easy enough with the Survey123 URL scheme. There is a table that is related to the meter feature class though, and some of the survey answers need to be populated with info from that table. Is that possible? Do I populate those answers using the Survey123 URL scheme as I would with any feature attribute, or do I need to do things differently since I'm wanting to pull from a related record? I can't seem to find anything about it on the forums.

I've created a route for our meter readers who are now reading meters through radio signal. That being said, they don't have to physically stop at each meter, then just need to be within a certain distance. For example, they may be reading a meter in a neighborhood on one street, and can also pick up a reading for a meter on the next street over since they're in such close proximity to each other. Though I've loaded all the meters as waypoints/stops to make sure they all get read, there are situations like this where the crew members don't need to drive down certain streets. Is there an automatic process to cut out those parts of the route? If a meter is in a certain distance of a route, is there a way to mark that meter as "reached" and avoid unnecessary driving past those meters?

I've created a survey to keep track of hydrant painting in our district. The survey is opened through a link in a Collector popup. There are lat/long values on each hydrant that are passed to the survey through the custom URL so that the survey record shows up exactly on top of the hydrant point. The problem is, the survey record shows up about 3 feet from the hydrant, even though the lat/long values are the same. I imagine this is due to differences in coordinate system between Survey123 and the hydrants. The lat/longs on the hydrants were calculated in Desktop in NAD 1983 State Plane coordinate system. What do I need to do to get the survey results to show up in the correct location?

Yes, we did. We have 4 layers that are searchable in the web map settings, but only the first one seems to be searchable in Collector. I removed all of them and added them back, and then they're all searchable in Collector, but only until they sync the offline map again. I don't know what's going on.

Yes, the facility ID meets the prerequisites. They're all unique values. This is in Collector for ArcGIS. We're not using classic, so I can't say whether it occurs there too or not.

We have a map in Collector that we use for field work, and we have a few features that are supposed to be searchable by Facility ID. We can't seem to get it all working properly, though. We can search for water meters, for example, but not for hydrants, valves, or manholes. We have it all those layers as searchable in the webmap settings, so why is only one of them searchable?

Has this issue been solved? We're on the latest version, but we're still having field crews who get logged out while in the field. Their Portal login updates the required InspectedBy field, so when Survey123 randomly logs them out it won't let them submit the survey. When they leave the office they're logged on, but we can't figure out if it's switching from WiFi to cell service that logs them out, or if they just get logged out when they're inactive for a certain period of time. No calls or texts come in through the iPad that they're using.

Is there any way around that currently? We're a utility company with a lot of information on our portal, so making it public facing isn't exactly an option at this point.

I'm having trouble with the feature report in Survey123, Whenever I try to download a sample report template, or when I upload a template and run the report, I get an error that says 'getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND.' I'm not quite sure what that means. I created the survey in Survey123 Connect, I tested a few submissions on my desktop, and used the Survey123 website to create the report. This is all being done using Portal, not ArcGIS online. What's the problem?

I solved a route for field work in ArcGIS Pro, then shared that layer to our Portal to be used in Navigator. The route shows up in the Routes tab of Navigator, but I can also go to the layer in our Portal and click the "Navigator Stop List" to bring into Navigator. The thing is, the routes are different from each other. Why is that? When I load the stop list from Portal, what road network is being used for the route? And what about when I hit "Optimize Route" in Navigator? What network is being used? Our road network isn't on our Portal, so I'm just curious how the optimization is being done on the fly.
