Does anyone know if Esri is updating collector to work with high accuracy recievers on this version of windows? I tried updating to 1903 and it still will not let me connect with gnss status and collector at the same time. This will only work with version of 1803 at this time.

Alison, If your version of windows is 1903 roll back to 1803. We have four tablets, 3 of which have version 1903 windows 10, and one with 1803 windows 10, the only one that would connect is 1803. so we rolled one of them back and BAM! it connected instantly. I hope this helps because we were driving ourselves nutts trying to figure it out.

I am using a Panasonic FZ-G1 tablet with windows 10 version 1903, build 18362.175. I updated OS in June to current version and can no longer get Collector (version 18.0.2.0) to communicate with Trimble R2 reciever. Collector is seeing the reciever in the menu, but when I try to select it nothing happens. I am using the trimble gnss status app with VRS to run through collector for high accuracy and that is showing sub foot accuracy. Not sure what happened but ive tried connecting on 3 other tablets with the same and some older versioning and nothing is working. Any thoughts or answers would help for I am stumped.
