Hi Steven, I have been at this with ESRI support for over a month now and did a bunch of tests. I did your option as well. It still double names with a hyphen. I am beginning to think this is "expected" behavior.

Hi Steven, That was one of the tests I ran. I have added the it individually, I have added direct from the server, and I have created a brand new Pro project and published up a new service with just that layer in it. No dice. It still has the same behavior.

I am looking to a quirk that came up. In Portal, when adding a federated service to a map viewer, it doubles the title of the layer in the table of contents. An example is: Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements - Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements. In Map Viewer Classic it does not do this. It only lists Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements once. Does this in all browsers. It looks like it is combining the Layer: Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements from the rest end point and adding the name which is Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements. Layer: Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements Name: Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements Portal at 10.9.1. The data is coming from and enterprise geodatabase and pushed through ArcGIS Federated Server. I have republished the service thinking it might be a quirk with a domain or subtype being the field that a symbology is set to. I have taken just this layer and tried registering service in Portal. It seems to take on the registration name and appends the layer name. So it turns into something like Jurisdictional Test - Jurisdictional Transfer Agreements. Any ideas why this is happening or how to stop it?

I do not know if I found a bug within AGO or if this is just the way it is because of the account type being used, but I have a hosted feature layer that the "What kind of editing is allowed?" is set to "Update -> Attributes only". In the web map the edit widget still lets me draw new features and edit existing geometry. I am the administrator, but to me that should not matter. I would think the intent by checking those boxes would be that no one is able to manipulate the geometry, unless the administrator checks a different box. See images: Updates is checked with Attributes only. I can still clearly update and manipulate features' geometry. Am I do something wrong? Is this setting for only non-administrators?

Is it possible to use a Survey123 form to collect features to a hosted feature layer in AGO, then automate somehow a conversion into individual items in AGO to use in a Gallery App? Idea - build a gallery of map submissions for a contest. User submits via the Survey123 form. The form information becomes the bases for a new one off layer that is prepopulated by that form in the "Summary" section and the Title of the feature. This way each submission gets its own card in the gallery that is prepopulated upon the users submission. I am pretty sure there is not, but it would be a cool idea for lots of reasons.

Thanks Deon, I am not sure exactly how to encode the values. It looks like it is pushing from one of the apps to Survey123 not the reverse. My form is designed through Connect and published up to AGOL, and I would like to push from Survey123 to Collector/Field Maps. I have yet to find anything about how open up Field Maps like I did for Collector via a link.

The documentation is pretty clear for opening a Survey123 form from a different app like Collector/Field Maps, and push attributes from them to Survey123. I see some documentation for opening another app from Survey123 through something like (which is my current work flow): <a href="arcgis-collector://?itemID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX">Launch Collector To GPS Lateral</a> What I want to know is it is possible to open Field Maps (or Collector) from Survey123, and push over attributes from Survey123 to a yet to be collected feature in Field Maps and then collect the geometry from an RTK receiver? The idea is why retype attributes if you don't have to in field maps. Here is what I would like to do from the current link I have set up from a note field (see example above that works currently) in Survey123: <a href="arcgis-collector://?itemID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&field:inspectiondate_dt={inspectiondate_dt}&field:siteaddress_txt={siteaddress_txt}&field:contractor_txt={contractor_txt}&field:typeinspection_so={typeinspection_so}&field:sewersize_so={sewersize_so}&field:sewersizeother_txt={sewersizeother_txt}&field:sewermaterial_so={sewermaterial_so}&field:sewermaterial_so={sewermaterial_so}&field:watersize_so={watersize_so}&field:watersizeother_txt={watersizeother_txt}&field:watermaterial_so={watermaterial_so}&field:watermaterialother_txt={watermaterialother_txt}&field:itemplotted_txt={itemplotted_txt}&field:tracerwire_so={tracerwire_so}&field:depth_txt={depth_txt}&field:generalcomments_txt={generalcomments_txt}">Launch Collector To GPS Lateral</a>

Any reason why this is not working? I am the using the latest and greatest Survey123 version and AGOL. This is what I have for my popup in AGOL. arcgis-survey123://?itemID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&field:parcelnumber_txt={MDLink}&field:ownername_txt={OwnerName}&field:mailingaddress_txt={OwnersMailingLabel}&field:propadd_txt={PropertyAddress}&?center={expression/expr0},{expression/expr1} If it helps parcelshape_gs is the geopoint question where it should push too. The expressions are the same as above. In the popup in AGOL it shows different lat/longs for each polygon, but it does not put over to Survey123. Thoughts?

Figured it out https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?open=menu or web followed by the fields you want to push. It is right there with no real example in the doc: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-web-form-url/ba-p/894722

Hello All, What I would like to do is push attributes from a web layer in a web map to a Survey123 form. This is easy if you are pushing to the app version of Survey123. You use something like this: https://survey123.arcgis.app?itemID=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxe&field:address={OwnersMailingLabel} or arcgis-survey123://open=web?itemID=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&field:address={OwnersMailingLabel} What I would like to know is if is possible make the same push to open the form with the attribute transfer and force it to open in a web browser version of the form? And still have the attributes pushover to the form in the web browser? I did find this https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-web-form-url/ba-p/894722 It talks about under the section: "Set the app that will open your survey (open)" using ...?open=web or menu, but the url method in the popup does not seem to honor it.

@XanderBakker I used expression mentioned at the top of this post (https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000020624). I am using at 3.12+ Survey, and a webmap in AGOL, it pushes over the the geometry, but it does not push over any other field. It leaves that as the the {} example &field:FacilityID={FacilityID} leaves the field filled with {FacilityID}. Thoughts?
