Home Stretch. So I have everything up and running smoothly. The WebApp works. I got through my licensing issues and packing issues and got them online smoothly. Now, I have an uploading issue that I didn't foresee. When I hit submit on the app this error happens. I am pretty sure that it is the globalID interfering but I don't know how to fix it. There was another post about globalID and attachments but that is a completely different line of code. Any suggestions?

I was using task scheduler on my computer to run the automated scripts for my citizen problem reporter. However, after a few days, my task scheduler stopped running, returning the error code (0xC0000142), which I have read up on but it is beyond me to understand/fix. I wanted to know if I would be able to transfer my scripts and files that it pulls from to our online system, and use the arcGIS Notebook to run the scripts there, so that the app won't need to rely on my computer alone to function. The script seems like it wouldn't be too much of a difficult task to transfer, however I do have concerns that I wouldn't be able to upload the separate files the script pulls from (automated email scripts and email header/footer images) onto our arcGIS portal. Has anyone used the Notebook to schedule Citizen Problem Reporter scripts? Will it be possible to do? I just don't want to fixate on making something work if it isn't possible in the first place. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions!

I am trying to transfer citizen problem reports into workforce. I'm using the steps provided by Create Workforce assignments - Crowdsource Reporter | ArcGIS Solutions however have come up with some road blocks. It says in step three to "Open the assignments layer that was created as part of the Workforce project and choose the Assignment Type field." in ArcPro, however this option is not available, most likely because when workforce creates this field it chooses the GUID data type. Therefore, I can't complete this step/change any domains in my source reporter table as it requests. I tried changing the data types to strings by deleting and re-adding the assignment types field, but doing this seems to disconnect the fields from the workforce interface, so I have decided to start over. Not wanting to change any fields and still having the step 3 issue, I decided to run the code "as-is" without changing any of the domains (steps 7-9) Now, when I run the code, the source layer updates the status, as I have instructed it to do, but nothing is transferred to workforce. I added the code in hopes that I am not seeing a mistake. Has anyone else found a work-around for step 3, or have had a problem with the create workforce assignments step?

Hello, I am trying to configure my citizen problem reporter to workforce in the way this post depicts. I am following the steps from Create Workforce assignments - Crowdsource Reporter | ArcGIS Solutions . I created the workforce project, added the assignment types/workers in the workforce project as it requires you to do before you are able to launch the workforce project. When I open ArcPro to begin configuring the report layers, I get to step three before I get stuck. The step says: 3. Open the assignments layer that was created as part of the Workforce project and choose the Assignment Type field. When I open this 'assignments point' layer, there is no assignment type field to click in the dropdown. My only assumption was that this field data type is a GUID, so I deleted the field and added a new one as a text data type. It solved the problem of it not showing up in the drop-down, but it seems that now this field is not recognized in workforce anymore. I started over but I'm back to the same problem.

Hi Allison, I am trying to get the service support tools to work, specifically the Generate IDs and Moderate reports. However when running the following parameters, the fields do not populate. I have tried different iterations of patterns, calling the sequence name different names, and even creating a new field to try and populate, but nothing will work even though the tool says it has succeeded. Do you have any advice on how to get this to work?

The image above is the settings I have. The city just wants to make all the submissions private. I had set this up before we had lost everything. Now I am resetting it up and I can't get it to seem to work. The submissions are still visible to the public when I set this up to change them so they won't be.

This was very helpful. Thanks. My code was missing a " '' " so so that is why it wasn't working. I originally created a view layer and then clicked and unclicked the fields. I may try that way again. Right now. I am having trouble with getting the domains to come in as a drop down. I creating domain for the problem type, but it isn't coming in. I tried clearing the cashe already. For some reason it works if I use a different view but just not this one.

So I found this online that codes to remove the fields but I tried to use the code but the software isn't recognizing the field. I have tried shutting of the fields in the map that I directed the app to. I have tried shutting the fields off in the the visible section of the feature layers settings and saved it. I used the code below in the Quick Reports qml, but none of it has work.

A little background, I have created a Citizen Report App. We were going to launch it before COVID but the City pushed the launch back to October. Last week, I was fixing some fields, that needed to be required. I found out that you can delete the field in ArcPro in the table of the Main feature class and then re-add it through the configuration tool and make it non-nullible and required. If you use the same names then you don't have to fix any of the configuration. Unfortunately, I didn't know this was possible. So I tried overriding the feature class with a replicated feature class where the fields were fixed. That broke everything. I have recreated everything. I even have the fields that I need required. I haven't worked on this project so I can't remember how I got all the fields not to show up in the ArcStudio App. I already have most of the app set up in App studio. I just had to fix the map location and the layer location The rest is still in perfect condition except, I can't remember how to turn off the the extra fields. I know there is a way to do it but I don't remember how I did it last time. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am creating an address generator so we can create labels for projects. I already have a couple set up. There was a question from one of the city workers if I could clean the labels up so they don't have an empty space. I am using county data. There is a field {NAME2} which is a continuation of the first field. The problem I am having is that I wanted to use an "If else" statement so the system would print just {Name1} if {Name2} is Null or ' '. I know how to write the code in HTML, C++, Python, and Javascript. I really thought it would work in C++ because that is how I built all of my other custom pop ups. If I use C++, when I use the > symbol the system turns it into alt. It didn't recognize the Javacript and just made the pop up as is. I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.5.0. I downloaded the information from this http://appsforms.esri.com/products/download/index.cfm?fuseaction=download.main&downloadid=2117 . I have saved it to my documents tried running it from there, I tried saving it with all of the other tools, and i tried saving it in its own location. None of this has worked. I'll try re-downloading it. I am using AGOL not Portal. So I thought there might be a part where I needed to input the Username and password in order for it to run.
