Investigating this further. Old GPS (Trimble GeoXH) is set to: System: US State Plane 1983 Zone: Iowa North 1401 Datum NAD 1983 (Conus) New GPS (Leica Zeno FLX100 Plus) GCS WGS 1984 The offset appears to be 1 meters.

I'm running into a bit of trouble with mapping and locating. I gathered all the data with an old Trimble GeoXH 6000 series with 4" accuracy. Used Pathfinder to load the data and convert it to shapefiles and loaded into ArcGIS Pro (Desktop). That data was loaded into ArcGIS Online and used field maps to view that data. My desktop computer failed and I lost access to the Pathfinder software and upgraded to a Leica FLX100 Plus. Using Field Maps I open my maps and connect the Leica. Its connected and says everything is at a 2cm accuracy. Now here is my trouble. The data from my field maps does not align with the new Leica. Its around 3 to 4 feet off. Not sure what to do now. I understand there will likely be some discrepancies, but all the data offset roughly that same distance and direction??? Is this a Coordinate System issue? With the old GeoXH I believe it was captured with one version and converted to Iowa North State Plane when loaded to a shapefile. I'm at a lose of what to do or check. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hello all. Looking for a little help on getting started with the Lead & Copper Solution. Deployed the solution now I'm trying to figure out how I get all the data I have already collected into this. I have nearly all the curb stops mapped in ArcGIS Pro(Not in the online solution maps). I would like to use those points for the locations. I also have the DNR spreadsheet nearly complete. I would like to load that excel sheet data & my curb stop points into the solution. I only know the basics of ArcGIS Pro and limited knowledge of the ArcGIS Online so I'm going to need quite a bit of guidance to pull this off. The "Service Address" field in my feature class and the "Service Address" in my excel inventory is my matching fields. I assume I need to Join and/or Relate these together first? Then create a "Field Matching Table" to "append" the data into the online solution? I'm not familiar with this and how to do this.

Not sure which terminology to use. I have a feature class of Fire Hydrants both local and online (separate data). The online version was updated with photos and condition of the paint. How do I get that data into my offline version? I tried to append it, but I must have something wrong because it created all new points, so it duplicated the data. I have facility ID numbers on both versions that would align with one another to create a link between the two. I'm still new at all of this, so if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. ArcGIS Pro Version 2.6.2 and ArcGIS Online.

I cannot share the actual map. But see the link below. I copied the table layouts. Maybe that will help. Tables.xlsx - Google Drive To answer your questions, Yes, Point data with a separate stand alone table. And I use collector currently. You will see in the attached files, the data i'm collecting is different from the point information. Yes, I could add "Inspected" field. Can that be linked to the separate table?

Ok, I follow all of this. The trouble I'm having though is the information is all in an inspection table and not the fields(Two separate data tables). I cannot simply change the symbology as there is not a field for it. You mention creating a field, but is there a way to tie it together with the inspection table, so I don't have to do that manually? I think somehow I have to Join or Relate the inspection table to a field in order to change the symbology. I apologize as I'm still new at this and I'm certain that I'm not using the correct terminology.

I feel like this is an easy question but I cannot figure it out. I have a simple sewer map. Manholes and Mains. Added a related table to do inspections tied to a facility ID. How do I visual show that the manhole has been inspected? I'd like to do something simple, like manhole dots change color from green to red. But I'm open to suggestions. I have Arcgis Pro 2.5.1. & ArcGIS Online. It would be nice to do it in the online version, but Pro is fine also.

No I was not able to get this resolved. Only real luck I had was closing the app and reloading it. Then there was a chance that the error would disappear on that layer, but all it did was then have an error on another layer. Sometimes you can also get lucky by opening that map with collector classic and/or the new collector app.

That is exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you. One problem though, I don't have access to the Generate Near Table (Tool is not licensed) Bummer! Oh well. Thank you for looking into this for me.

See attached for the shapefiles. FID Points 91-113 are the points I'm after. Point 92 is my basepoint.

Full disclosure, I'm a newbie at this. I have reread your(Xander Bakker) comment about the field calculations several times and I think I finally understand. Are you saying to use the XY coordinates of a know point and subtract them from the other points to get the difference? Thus giving me the distance between the point? If so that should work. So then I just need to convert the XY coordinate to Feet. Don't suppose you know of an easy way to do that?

I already have all of the points in a feature class. I just need to find x,y coordinates of their locations from a specific point(Known Base Point). That make sense?

I need to locate a bunch of points off a known point. My known point being 0,0. Like 23 feet in the X direction and 45 feet in the Y direction. How can I do this in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4?

Came into work this morning and opened my file, and the issue is back after yesterdays fix of Save > Close > Re-open. I tried this procedure again, but the issue did not resolve this time.

Save > Close > Re-open seems to solve the issue like you said. In my work files, this also appears to fix the issue, but i do know that the issue will come back. I save and close everyday, but I have not been able to get the distance tool to work on several occasions.
