I was wondering if I could get some help with a ArcGIS Pro questions. I recently used the Spatially Constrained Multivariate Clustering tool on block group data for the entire state of Illinois. I was specifically using total population, income, diversity index, and segmentation category in the Spatially Constrained Multivariate Clustering tool to generate similar groupings based on those four factors. I was very satisfied with the results, but I want to take it a step further and this is where I am struggling to find the best method. What I would like to do is split up these generated polygon clusters into smaller clusters based on total population being no higher that 100,000.
