How to implement previous extent and next extent functionality in ArcGIS Runtime for Qt? I tried to implement using viewpoint changed event. Bookmarking the current viewpoint in every viewpoint changed event, But viewpoint changed event gets triggered two times when the viewpoint changes. Is there any API's available for this functionality or else please share some logic to implement this functionality.

Hi, I am using ArcGIS Runtime 100.2.1 for Qt. Few days back i have gone through some sample runtime application for WPF. In that i saw many useful and easy API's for creating geometries and identifying graphics layers // Wait for user to draw var geom = await MyMapView.Editor.RequestShapeAsync(DrawShape.Polygon); //Hit test whlie mouse hovering var graphic = await _graphicsLayer.HitTestAsync(MyMapView, screenPoint); Is there any similar kind of API's available in Runtime sdk for Qt? Hi Lucas, Thank You for your response. The MIL standard which i am following to develop the application strongly recommend to show a red rectangle (Military Symbology) around the selected point symbol. As a work around i had done this by creating a new graphicsLayer and display the rectangle symbol using picturemarkersymbol around the selected entity. If the selected entity is a moving object i need to update the geometry of the rectangle symbol along with the selected entity. It will be good if this feature gets implemented in the feature release. Thank You.

I am using "LabelDefinition::fromJson(labelJson, this)" to label graphics in graphicsoverlay, I have set the 'deconflictionStrategy' to 'dynamic' in the Json string to dynamically align the labels without overlapping and it works fine. But even if we set this property, few labels gets hidden to avoid the overlapping of labels. Is it possible to change this property so that all labels get dynamically aligned as well as no labels are hidden?

Currently there is only one option to change the selection property of selected graphics in a GraphicsOverlay, and that is by changing the selection color. Instead of changing selection color, Is it possible to set a selection symbol for selected graphics (for eg: a square box around the selected graphics)

When two polygon graphics in a GraphicsOverlay overlaps, the graphics which is lying on the top gets covered and the graphics which is in bottom is not visible. The opacity of the GraphicsOverlay is set to 0.2. If the graphics are in different GraphicsOverlay both the graphics are visible and the overlapped part become darker. Is there any way to achieve this if the graphics are in same GraphicsOverlay?

Thanks for your reply. Labels got displayed, but in my case the labels will be always moving and when one label overlaps with other, only one label is displayed and rest of the overlapped labels will be hidden. Is it possible to change the position of the labels if it gets overlapped while moving?

How to disable the map zoom feature when double click event occurs. i am using the MapGraphicsView double click event only for identifying layers. How to disable this zoom feature in Arcgis Runtime 100.2.1 for Qt widget application. Thanks in advance

Thank you very much for you valuable support, currently i am facing a performance issue in the same. I used local map service to load a base map offline, it worked and the application is working fine without any performance issue, but after adding a graphics overlay to the map and while we zoom in or zoom out or pan the map, the previously loaded shapefile basemap is not loading properly. is there any option to refresh the map or any other option to fix this issue?

Does ArcGIS Runtime SDK have the capability to load a local offline base map , we could see that the base map is loaded from online resource . We want this process to offline. We are trying to develop a standalone application on embedded linux platform which is having some sophisticated map processing tasks . The data and the processing should be offline . In case this SDK does not support the above said feature, Can you suggest any other ArcGIS SDK which supports QT/C++ .

On running the sample v.next Dynamic Workspace ( Linux ) , i am able to select the shapefiles , but its is still not rendering. .The the localServer logs shows "datadir doesnot exist" and creates one , Please find the logs . Also on an equal note is there anyway we could render locally stored shapefiles without instantiating LocalServer ?
