Hi, I am trying to set up offline areas for my end user to download.  When I set them up in Field Maps designer, they fail to package.  I've tested this with some very small extents and low levels of detail to rule out too large of a package. Interestingly, when I try to create an offline area from within the Field Maps app, for the same map, area, and even a higher level of detail (rooms) the download succeeds (it's on the order of 500MB).  This tells me that there isn't anything obviously corrupt with the content of my map--at least I don't think so. I can't figure out why these equivalent offline areas behave differently.  I would like to set these up in Field Maps Designer for the ease of my end user.   Thanks for the help! Emiko ... View more

Hi, I'm trying to use Field Maps to do data collection (polygons and points) in an area with no connectivity. I need to use the ESRI World Imagery basemap, a handfull of vector feature layers for reference, and an additional NAIP imagery layer for reference.  I'm able to get this all working using offline areas except the additional NAIP imagery layer.  Adding that causes everything to fail--I'm no longer able to download offline areas, on the fly within the app or by setting them up in advance with Field Maps designer. In addition, I'm having issues getting a full resolution version of the NAIP 2024 product uploaded.  I can't find one already in AGOL that can be used offline, so I downloaded my own copy and clipped out just the areas I need, but was unable to get it to upload to AGOL at the full resolution--I'm about 3 levels short.  I get unhelpful error messages such as "failed to upload." I did discover the 2GB file size upload limit to AGOL, so I've been going through the steps of  managing a tile cache, exporting the cache, and sharing package to AGOL via ArcPro.  It is a very large file, on the order of 200 GB. Hi, I have a user in my org who created a StoryMap back in 2023.  At that time she was not able to publish it, and got an error messages: "Sorry, there was a problem publishing your story" and "some content could not be checked for issues." We are trying again (now, in 2025) to publish this StoryMap.  As the org admin I have tried publishing her StoryMap, and got the same errors.  We are also not able to save any changes or duplicate the StoryMap.  I was able to successfully make myself a copy to experiment with using ArcGIS Assistant. Things we have tried on my copy of her StoryMap: -removing all links, maps, and media--these changes did not save -using the "Check Items (beta)" button, no issues found We appreciate any help you might be able to provide. Hi, I would like to use the USA NAIP Imagery layer: Color Infrared Imagery Layer by ESRI as a basemap in Field Maps, however, when I try to set up my field map for offline use, I get the error message: Export tiles not enabled for this layer. Does anyone know if ESRI (or anyone else) publishes a version of this layer for use in offline applications?  My study area is in northern CA--I don't need all of the US.  Thank you, Tracy ...
