I have downloaded Mmpk from my esri and i opened it in arcgis pro to share it as mobile map package to use in portal and then to use it in navigator app to get benefit from routing service, i have portal users with navigator lic assigned. an error appears saying that i need a street premium license to share a MMpk. how can i get benefit from esri mmpk for countries and use it in Portal navigator to get directions ? ... I have DB Server with OS win server 2012 R2 with SQL 2012 sp1 DB installed, this DB Server has two instances. and i have two identical application server with arcmap 10.8 and win server 2019, both application server were connecting normally to DB Server suddenly one of them stopped connecting to one of DB Server instance and still connecting to other instance, an error appears "Failed to connect DB , Failure to access database server"  Knowing that all Server in same network are pinging to each other, no firewall no antivirus. SQL native clients are installed also i installed ODBC, we checked all security policies, nothing worked. also i checked DB server all services are running, nothing seems unnormal. I have prepared my feature locator for a layer base on name of features, when i use it in explorer web map in mobile app its not working because the name of what i'm searching for is similar to some places in Esri World geocode so it will return these places instead what i'm searching for. i tried to remove Esri geocode service from my 10.6.1 portal to cancel it from explorer it doesn't work. i tried to put my Locator above esri locator and also dint work .how can cancel Esri geocode service from working in Explorer for Arcgis Mobile App ? ... Is there Any Ports Used to connect License Server Manager to Client beside 27000-27009 ?
