I have server hosting arcgis for desktop conccurent license with 7 sests and pcs connecting to it to get license , Some users open many mxds and many arcmap sessions , why when i open two mxds at same pc it take two arcgis license from server

Actually dan i installed arcmap 10.5.1 and arcpro 2.1 , the problem is that i cant get rid of python 3.4 they want to use It outside arcgis , they used to use python 3.4 and scripting and now after I installed arcgis something went wrong . sorry i dont know a lot in python and scripting but now what i should do ?

I don't know a lot about python but i installed arcmap 10.5.1 on some PCs with python 2.7 , the PCs already have python 3.4 before installation and they were compiling Python scripts now after installation of arcmap , python 3.4 is not compiling scripts , how to solve such problem ?

how i can select two features or more to create one assignment for them , i know i can identify features in an area but its difficult to search for my features to create one assignment for them , i want to select my features on the map directly without need to select 100 features and search for the needed features within it .

I have Single use license , Arcmap 10.4.1 Hangs on Initializing license and keeps initializing for long time without lunching arcmap , I've tried many things , completely uninstall and install arcgis , change windows profile , change my license to concurrent , disconnect my internet connection , nothing worked !!
