'when' statement calculation help

I'm struggling with this 'when' statement in Survey123 XLSForm. The form averages input from the questions to get a final score. The part I'm struggling with is converting the score to a letter grade.  I've tried many derivatives of this, or with 'if' statements. I played around with 360 Photo Cam app today for Android and built an Experience Builder example of the output with an Oriented Imagery widget. @ToddW_stl  found a great workflow!  The quality of the app output is not as crisp as an actual 360 camera, but it's cool that this is possible to build without any special hardware.    ... You can adjust the time slider and multiple time-enabled layers in the Time Slider settings in a web map.  There is a 'mature' Web App Template that's called Time Aware, you're able to download and access the template here https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=b70d83ba89db4f8a97427ee237a1e60c There is an option to modify the CSS. This is the data for "Places of Worship" All Places of Worship  I'm not sure of the status of these locations and food distributions. There are schools layers in ArcGIS Online, I'm sure you can find the feature layers. I know Feeding America has a lot of food distribution locations.  Here's a map Feeding America has for Riverside & San Bernardino Counties in California, it allows the user to search near them to find food banks and route to them.  ArcGIS Web Application  ...
