We had this issue on 1 of our enterprise portals, and the edit that Brandon mentions above does fix it.

Hi All - The help for Portal usage reports says the Most Popular Content "Displays the top 10 viewed items in the organization since the day Portal for ArcGIS was installed". Does this really mean for all time? Or does it mean since the last version installation of Portal? Thanks!

Was there ever any resolution to this? We are dealing with the similar issue...it always works fine when we restart the scenario, but having the scenario stop each time this happens is a problem.

Ran into this same issue..... then installed WebView2 explicity as administrator (right-click --> Run as Administrator), then we were good.

hi there - is it possible to add a currency sign to a table widget in experience builder? Unless I'm missing something. It doesn't seem to be an option. Also, is it possible to justify column content? This also doesn't seem possible, but maybe I'm missing something obvious. Thanks!

ok, thanks Josh.... I think what I'm figuring out is that our reporting thresholds are set too high. When I lower them, the charts start showing metrics. Thanks for you time in responding!

If you have sub addresses but no parent, the sub address won’t be found. You must create a parent. For example, if I have a point “100 MAIN STREET UNIT 1”, but there are no points for “100 MAIN STREET”, Unit 1 won’t be found. Thanks Darrin........ not having a parent address was our issue. We scripted those to be added and the subaddress portion of the locator works perfectly now.

Hi - Apologies in advance. We're new to ArcGIS Monitor and have it up and running for our Enterprise. We've added both the Portal and Server components, and all of our services show up. However, all of our metrics for the services don't appear to be logging any data (e.g. request rates, saturation, response time).... they're all blank. However, we can access the logs through monitor just fine. And alerts from the "Alerts" table seem to be working. Are we missing something obvious? Thanks.

Hi there - We use the Category Gallery (Instant App) in our Enterprise Portal (v 11.1)..... We've noticed that any Experience Builder app, when added to the Gallery, will not open: But we can still open the app from its description page, or from any "content" view. The url of the app is: https://internal.moagis.com/portal/apps/experiencebuilder/experience/?id=9fb3222c048e4f048fb1d1b8325d0e83 Notice the difference in this url from the one in the gallery...seems the gallery app modified it to a form that doesn't work? so wondering the gallery instant app has a bug in it for experience builder app? Did you ever find resolution to this? We're also having issues with subaddresses not being suggested.... we're using Pro 3.1
