That solved the issue for me and some other users in my organization as well. We don't really have a need to get an early look at updates, so IT is exploring the possibility of disabling preview updates across the organization. Hopefully that will reduce the risk of issues like this arising. A best practice I'm seeing repeatedly mentioned is to wait for Patch Tuesday to install non-critical updates. ... View more

I've been experiencing issues with some functionality on the training site over the last day. Early in the day yesterday, I was working on creating a custom learning plan and everything worked as expected. After I logged in later in the day, I found my dashboard stuck on 'loading' and 'updating' and my learning plans will not load either. This has continued all day today. I called Esri training a few hours ago and was told that there were no known issues with the site. I've tried multiple browsers on multiple devices using multiple Internet service providers with no success. When I watch activity in web developer tools while the site loads, I do see some 404 errors. It appears there are still some issues with the site.  ... View more

@ScottFedak2085I'm currently grappling with the very same issue and using a similar mid-block POI workaround for now. It doesn't handle data entry issues and inconsistencies in the table I need to geocode particularly well though. Like you, I'd at least like to be able to evaluate the street blocks functionality to see if it handles the data issues more gracefully than the POI workaround, especially before I dive into trying to possibly clean up the data. I found exactly the same issue with changes to a Hub site not saving properly while making edits today. Patrick's suggestion of cloning the site and making the changes in the new site worked. It is concerning that a number of users seem to be currently experiencing the same issues with Hub. ... View more

I can't add anything to this issue beyond that I'm seeing exactly the same behavior on hardware that is virtually identical to Rob's.
