Hello, I am trying to sync schema changes between two databases (SDE). The replica type that I am an using is One-way, child-to-parent replication. The procedure that I am following is: Run Compare Schema Run Import Schema Changes When I run it I get a message "there are no schema changes". But I know there should be. The child has two new feature classes. Is there are something that I am missing? Thank you

Hi Laurence I did what the knowledge base article suggested and still can not connect Solution or Workaround 1. Ensure the SQL Server instance is running and configured to allow remote connections. Done 2. Enable TCP/IP and/or Named Pipes protocol in SQL Server Configuration Manager. Done 3. Enable SQL Server Browser Service. Done 4. Add the Windows domain account into the SQL Server instance. I am installing a Personal SDE on a windows 7 machine. (ArcGIS 10.0 SP4) I run the installation without any problem (No errors on the SQL server Express and neither on the "Enable geodatabase storage on SQL Server Express". but when i open ArcCatalog to go to Add Database Server. I get the error "Cannot connect to the database serverFailed to connect to Database Server" Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you, David

Hi Jake, Thank you, I was able to delete the feature datasets. They do not appear any more when i log-in using ArcCatalog. When I was checking the SDE.GDB.ITEMS, I Notice that the records for the features classes that were inside the feature datasets. When I try to delete them i get the following error. A problem occurred attempting to delete row 3. Error Source: Microsoft.SqlServer.managemnet.Data ........ "sde.sys.geometry" is invalid (See attach graph)
