Hi Faith, 1. Go to https://survey123.arcgis.com and open the Data tab of the particular survey. 2. At the bottom right corner, you will see the option for Download, select the option for "Download All Data". 3. This will download all the survey data as .csv file and all the repeats data will be saved as a separate .csv file. Hope this helps. Regards, Richardson

As per Esri, it is not recommended to use multimachine sites with ArcGIS GeoEvent Server. Instead, you should configure multiple independent sites to dedicate ArcGIS GeoEvent Server machine resources to specific real-time data streams. http://server.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/get-started/windows/additional-server-deployment.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_F7B03953E7864058970E591E9D2CE859 We need to have a solution where we can have ArcGIS GeoEvent Server in HA mode with shared state, that receives input from a custom application server. Please provide us with any suggestions.

Hi Philip, Thanks a lot for replying. Yes, my survey does contain repeats. I tested the survey after removing the repeats and it worked fine. Any idea when will Survey123 support the editing of surveys with repeats via the Inbox. Also, during my testing I noticed another issue. When we use "select_multiple", we are still able to edit the survey and send the updated records without any error. However the updates are not reflected in the survey data. Any idea on this? Thanks, Richardson

Hi, I am getting error code 1019 "The specified feature could not be updated or does not exist" in Survey123 for ArcGIS (version 2.2.14) when I am trying to edit existing survey data using the Inbox functionality in the Survey123 for ArcGIS mobile app (tested in Android and Windows OS - version 2.2.15). I am using Survey123 via AGOL and checked the survey data through survey123.arcgis.com, I was able to edit the data thorough AGOL Web Map viewer and the updated data is reflected back on survey123.arcgis.com. Any help on this is highly appreciated. Thanks, Richardson

I've been trying to setup IWA on a new Portal 10.4.1. I have successfully configured IWA in the past on 10.3.1 & 10.4.1 in the same network. However, now when I try to configure the portal identity store, it fails with the following error: Error java.lang.Exception: Could not connect to the user store. Please check the configuration and try again. Code: 500 Portal Log: SEVERE Failed to update identity store. Cannot connect to user store using supplied configuration. Another post (Failed to return user store. For input string: "8997:266::8997:266" ) suggested to look for Windows Tunnel Adapter 6TO4 , but I could not find this on my Portal Server. Any ideas?

Hello Everyone, I have a 2 machine (App1 and App2) ArcGIS Server 10.3 site installed in a Default cluster configuration. App1 is hosting the Server Site and App2 is joined to the Server Site. I know that if App2 machine goes down, then also the Server site will continue to work. What will happen if App1 machine goes down? Will my entire Server site go down since App1 is hosting the Server Site?

Hello Allen, Yes, it is possible to see two arcgiserver folder, one on C, and the other on the internal E disk because the "log" folder is always created in the local drive. And technically you can create a new site, and copy the original arcgiscache, arcgisjobs, and arcgisoutput to the new site and config-store\services to restore your old services. As I said, it works most of the time, so dont delete the old arcgisserver folder unless and until you are sure that everything is migrated. Thanks, Richardson

Hi Allen, If you say that a new C:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem folder got created during the upgrade, then I guess something went wrong during the upgrade. If you are willing, you can try the following workflow, since you are working on a test/staging server: 1. Run services.msc and STOP the ArcGIS server service 2. Rename the arcgisserver folder on ur C:\ and network drive to arcgisserver_old 3. Go to services.msc and START the ArcGIS server service 4. Try logging into Server Manager and try to create a new site 5. Since you want your arcgisserver folder on ur network drive, assign all the paths accordingly. 6. Once it is done, check if the new site is working as expected with running default services. 7. Then publish a sample service as well just to make sure. 8. If everything is fine till now, then move ur config-store\services from old arcgisserver to the newly created one. 9. Do the same for directories\arcgiscache and config-store\security if you want the respective content This is a long shot and works most of the time. Hope this helps. Thanks, Richardson

Hi Allen, Make sure that you have assigned Modify or Full Control permissions for the arcgis windows account on the "arcgisserver" directory. Then re-start the ArcGIS Server service from the services.msc window (Windows Run > services.msc). Hope this helps. Thanks, Richardson

Hello Vincent, From your initial query I understand that you have installed Server on gisserver1 and Web Adaptor on mapping and configured your ArcGIS Server with the Web Adaptor. First, you have to make sure that you are able to access the Server rest end point from the Web Adaptor machine like this: http://mapping.domain.com/arcgis/rest/services Once this is done, you will have to bind/nat the External/Public domain IP to your Web Server IP. Contact your Network or IT team for this configuration. Hope this helps. Thanks, Richardson

Hi Gerardo, As far as I know, in order to use Bing maps basemap in any Esri product, we need a Bing maps key. So if your key is valid for use, then technically you should be able to continue using your Flex Web Application. It would be best if you can contact Esri Technical Support and clarify this case. Hi Jamison, If you think that the "GeneralPurpose_201602091154" is showing up the correct updated cache tiles, then do the following: 1. Stop both the services "GeneralPurpose_201602091154" and "GeneralPurpose". 2. Assuming that you went for a default ArcGIS Server installation, you will find the Cache directory here: C:\ or <drive>:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgiscache\ 3. You will find folders called "GeneralPurpose_201602091154" and "GeneralPurpose". 4. Just rename the "GeneralPurpose" folder to "GeneralPurpose_old". 5. Then rename the "GeneralPurpose_201602091154" folder to "GeneralPurpose". 6. Restart the "GeneralPurpose" service. 7. Clear the browser cache and see whether you see your correct updated cache tiles using the "GeneralPurpose" service. 8. If everything is fine, then delete the unwanted services and the unwanted cache folders inside the arcgiscache directory. Hope this helps. Regards, Richardson
