Has there been any further review of this issue? Just wondering what the suggested resolve is. Thanks. Please email: mkmillus@gmail.com

I'm also getting this error when I try to create a view layer. I've re-published the data several times from both Pro and ArcMap. What I have noticed: I have three layers that have been grouped in my desktop project. When I publish them all together to AGOL, I get the error about the service definition when I go to create a public view layer. If I ungroup the data in my desktop, and remove the two additional layers, then re-publish... I can now create a public view layer in AGOL without any issue. So, I'm guessing that must be it--view layers can only be created from one hosted feature layer? If you publish multiple layers at a time, then the pubic view option does not work...? I wish I could find documentation to confirm this is the case, and a work around.

Hi Robert Scheitlin, GISP I'm trying to find an easy way for the general public to report street light outages, using existing AGOL products, and whatever open source reporting tools that are out there. I have the street light pole location in an AGOL web map and a WAB. I've tried using a Google form for people to use to report their complaints, which works well enough, however, the two aren't connected. The Google form can't consume any of the street light data from the AGOL map, and I can't make the AGOL popup consume the Google form in any way. Ideally I would like the public to find the street light pole on the AGOL map, call up a fillable form (or some similar interactive application) that contains the coordinates of the light pole (per the light pole attribute table), which gets saved somewhere for managers to review. This isn't an unusual process or workflow, but I'm not finding examples on how to develop this process, and the appropriate tools to use. Any feedback from you, or the GeoNet community is appreciated. Thanks.

How many votes, likes, and posted comments do we need before ESRI looks into this issue?

It is frustrating that we can't match the popup order to the order of layers in our map TOC. According to ESRI, "speed" determines the popup order. Instead, I would like the ability to set the order.

As others have already expressed, I too would like the popups to order in a particular way. It is frustrating that we can't match popups to the layers in the TOC. "Speed" determines this order...? Come on ESRI, that doesn't make sense. We are providing information to viewers in a manner that makes sense--that should come first. @ Mike Minami Esri Education Team
