@Wei_Ying Hello I have run into a similar problem. I upgraded WAB to 2.23 hoping that would resolve the issue but it hasn't. I have a WAB site with a secured service from portal. We have SSO accounts and the login for the site doesn't give the usual Portal options. I added the AppID to the config file which gives me the portal login options but that login takes me to the portal admin page and doesn't open the WAB site. Does WAB require a proxy as well? If so, do you have any examples for setting that up properly? Thank you

The issue is sporadic. One day I get the error all day the next I can print the reports. My surveys all contain a repeat with images.

Have a feature Service that we use to join to another table then calculate a field in the feature service. Because the layer name in the feature service shows as 0 which is the ID it throws an error. If we use an SDE feature class instead of the Feature service the model works. We need to use the feature service for the model to run on the web as a geoprocessing service. Can we change the layer ID to something other than an integer or is there another option?

I am trying to generate a survey123 report from a hosted feature service and getting the following error "Error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. Error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. Pagination is not allowed unless ''supportsPagination'' is true.". I checked the rest URL of the feature layer and Pagination is set to true.

Hello Brett, Thanks for the reply. To clarify I am using a Feature service published through ArcGIS Server. I can print a PDF of the default report but when I upload a modified word template and try to use that the photos don't load. I was told the modified report is looking for keywords for the attachments and ArcGIS server doesn't support that yet. But if you are able to get a modified report to work please let me know.

I have a Survey123 form created from a feature service in ArcGIS Server with attachments enabled. In the Survey123 website when i click on the data page I can see the data and the attachments. However, if i create a custom template and generate a report the attachment fields are blank. is that a function of the attachments coming from an ArcGIS Server feature service? is there a way to get the images to show in the custom report?
