Hi Vijay, On a windows install, you can open the keycodes file (default location: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\ESRI\License 10.0 \sysgen) in notepad and if you see an entry for 'networkserver' , it indicates that you have the license for Network Analyst extension for Server. To authorize it on a different machine, edit the file in notepad and delete the 'networkserver' line. Re-start the ArcGIS SOC and ArcGIS Server Object Manager service from windows services. You should then be able to use that authorization number to authorize it on a different machine.

I get an error "Accessing data failed" when I try to use the "Show Table" functionality for my Census Division layer for Population 2006, 2007 or Change layer. It somehow seems to be working for the Census Sub-Division layer. http://arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=4f710075c0524724bffa61c5da9bbc91 The service is an ArcGIS Server Service and was published using ArcGIS Desktop 10.1. Does anyone know what could be causing ? Or is this some sort of a bug?

When I publish a publicly shared web map to a web application (for example: basic viewer web app), share the web app with the public as well, the basemap gallery in the Web app switches to the default esri basemap gallery instead of the Organization's basemap gallery. Note that I made the Basemap Gallery group along with the basemaps in it Public as well. Is this a bug?

As an administrator of an AGOL Subscription account, I can't delete any member's Feature Services either. It says "Deleting...." but doesn't do a thing even after an hour of waiting.

Hello, I have a user who is a member of an ArcGIS Online subscription group using his Personal ArcGIS Online account. After being a part of the group, he went ahead and shared a web map with the Subscription Group. As the "Owner" of the group I am unable to un-share it or delete the web-map. The only way I can get rid of it is by removing him from the group. Is this by design? If yes, then it makes no sense as the Owner of the group has the privileges to share- unshare items shared by "Members of the Organization" but is unable to do so with Non-members of the Organization but are a regular member of the group. Any input on this would be appreciated.
