Hi, It doesn't appear possible to be to overwrite an existing hosted imagery using arcgis python api copy_raster. What would be the best way to update a hosted image? Maybe I'm going about this wrong way. I have a number of 3 band 8bit images that cover a large, but not continuous area. I'm using a mosaic dataset, converting to a CRF and using copy_raster to publish. The files are updated, sometimes often. Would a better idea be publishing as a regular tile cache? No special functionality is required.

I have a UTM grid within my map frame, and I would like to use arcpy to change its projection. As far as I can see that can only be done with a CIM definition. I'm getting an error. Any ideas? Or am I on the wrong path? .... cim_mapframe = first_mapframe.getDefinition('V3') cim_mapframe.grids[0].projectedCoordinateSystem = arcpy.SpatialReference(7854) first_mapframe.setDefinition(cim_mapframe) I get an error when on the setDefinition line. AttributeError: SpatialReference: Get attribute X does not exist

Hi, I've seen other people complain about this, but I might be missing something. If I create a task in my project pointing to a custom script sitting in my project's default toolbox and then make a template, those tasks lose their connection to the custom script. Is there no way around this besides deploying the custom scripts outside the template?

In Oct 2023 is this article relevant? Can you not create a chart in a feature layer using content from a related table? Do I still have to still use Arcade?

Exclusive visibility is only for layers in groups? I'd prefer to have my very simple map with only four layers to have exclusive visibility.

Before I go searching in the forums (again), exclusive visibility isn't possible outside groups is it? ie. I have found layers only in the map and I want exclusive visibility.

Thank you for the amazingly quick response. Debug seems pretty radical. Our log viewer was very slow and we were advised to change it back to Warning. We have a requirement that we see when an individual authenticated user requests an ags service and keep that log for 90 days. Thanks again

We have 10.8.1 Enterprise and are still using the old web map. No matter what I do in the fields configuration it makes no difference. I just suspect the old web map is the cause. Hoping 10.9.1 upgrade will fix this. Compulsory fields and maybe some of the Field Maps functionality with semi-smart forms would be good. Why would I want to edit ObjectID?!?! 🤔 👇

Can you use Arcade on Pixel Values with Image Service popups? I have a image service with a four possible values (1 to 4) and they mean something in text. With a vector feature service and arcade that would be easy. For example 1 = Low, 2 = Moderate, 3 = High, 4 = Very High We have 10.8.1 so maybe not possible. Upgrading to 10.9.1 soonish.

I can also confirm in MapViewer Classic 10.8.1 my attribute has DD/MM/YYYY. My PC's region was Australia English. Chrome was Australian English Edge was US English. And Chrome got it right and Edge didn't. It appears to be the language settings in the Browser, not your PC. (Can't wait to upgrade to 10.9.1+ and leaving the Map Viewer Classic behind)

Does this work when you use map viewer classic? I tried with our 10.8.1 portal and I am using EXB dev 1.9 and it didn't make a difference.

Thanks. Feels like a strange little workaround, but works well. What I can't seem to find with the new Map Viewer is the ability to add custom urls for symbols. Can you create centroids on the fly from polygon hosted data? Polygons are often hard to see at a country or state level and we use points to highlight the polygons. Currently the point is created when the polygon is created, but it's an added complexity.
