My guess is that it will break if you check Yes on the settings for Include the raw server response in the payload. Glad it works!

I figured out my issue. Not sure if it will help you with you problem or not, but this is what fixed mine, so just in case it helps you here is what I did. In the Webhook advanced settings, by default Integromat turns all these options 'On'. If you look at the Webhook settings in the Survey123 website, under your surveys settings for webhooks, you can also see these options and turn them on(Yes) and off(No). Below is a screenshot of the settings I used, like I said, by default these are all turned on to Yes. I changed the settings in Integromat by adding a new webhook connection, then check the Advanced Settings button at the bottom of the window. I turned all these settings off (No), except for the option, " Include the submitted record info in the payload (e.g. attributes and geometry of the feature)" I said (Yes) to this option(which is the Submitted Record setting in Survey123). I think I could have just turned off (No), the option to pass raw server response info, since this is where attachment info is located. Anyway, not sure if you have tried anything with the Webhook advanced settings, but hopefully this helps.

I am using a published feature service on our GIS server that is non-federated. Then I add the service url as an item to ArcGIS Online storing user credentials with it. So unfortunately that's a big difference between us.

I'm getting a similar issue. Mine also involves an "attachment" error message, except mine reads, 'GetAttachmentUrls' finished with error, even though I don't have anything attached. The error handler doesn't help for me either. So I'm getting the same thing you are. I tested it using Microsoft Flow and it runs just fine. I want to use Integromat though because I want to use the Create Feature Report functionality in my scenario, and Flow does not have this function(that I am aware of). I messaged Integromat this morning and have not heard back yet.

Hello, I am trying to allow users to view the data they submitted using the Survey123 Data tab, however, in the Collaborate tab I get the error below when trying to change the Viewer settings to the same as the Submitter settings. Submitter settings will save successfully, but Viewer page settings will not. I have deleted the _Stakeholder layer from my ArcGIS folder and then tried to update the settings, but get I this same error. I have also tried moving my feature layer that I am referencing to the same folder as the survey. I have checked the sharing on everything and just can't figure out what is causing this error. Any help would be appreciated. I have included my .xls form for reference. This is a feature service published on our own GIS server. I used Survey123 Connect to create this survey. Thanks! Josh

I am having a different error come up when I try to update the Viewer group settings on the Collaborate page, and when I click Save I get the error below and it won't save my Viewer settings. I am getting this error: I have deleted the _stakeholder view in my online folder and come back in and tried to update the groups I share it with but it keeps giving me this error. I am using a published feature service that is on our own GIS server. I am able to go under the Data tab and view the results since I am the creator of the survey, but those who fill out the survey reports are not able to see their results in the survey123 online to generate a report because I can't share the survey with them. It's interesting though because under the Submitter tab, I do have it saved for this group. Any ideas what could be causing this issue or how I can Save my Viewer group settings? Thanks! Josh

Thanks for your reply Brandon. I emailed you an example of the template I am using and the survey. It also adds the image attachments multiple times in the default ESRI pop-up window if you click on any feature in the Data Tab. Thanks! Josh

Since I posted this I still haven't been able to get the generate report to work with attachments. I've tried a couple other things and the error never changes. Even if I don't have the attachments on the report document, it still creates the same error because of the attachments associated in the feature class. Creating this report is important for what we are trying to do.

Do you have attachments on your feature? I noticed I can generate a report successfully if it doesn't have an attachment, but if I use the same report template and click on a feature with attachments it fails. I've noticed on features with attachments, like photos, even the Survey123 window when you click on a feature is loading the attachments wrong. It adds them to the bottom of every group of my survey, instead of just at the bottom of the survey. Not sure if you have attachments in your feature or not, but this seems to be an issue for me, even if I don't include the attachemnts on the report it still fails to generate.

I am having issues when I try to generate a report in Survey123 with attachments on my feature service. I have a feature with a signature field and also fields to take or attach photos on the end of my report. I am using a feature service to publish my results and collect data, which works great. When I open the survey online under the Data tab to generate a custom loaded report it fails. I have noticed even just by clicking a feature in the default ESRI pop-up window you can print from, there are the same attachments displayed 10 times throughout the print window. In this case I have 10 group sections in my survey, and at the end of each group the same attachments display. So when I try to generate a report from a custom saved report template, it also fails when attachments are present. The message is just "An error occurred while generating report." No other details are given. I have noticed if I add a feature without attachments the report will successfully generate. A few days ago I was able to get the output report I wanted with attachments included, but now it's been nothing but the same error every time when attachments are involved. I cleared my browser history and data. I even started from scratch and rebuilt the Survey123 XLSForm. Thanks for any help! Josh
