We noticed a small issue in our covid-dashboard (https://nssac.bii.virginia.edu/covid-19/dashboard/ ) which is built on ESRI API for Javascript 3.31 (BTW, you are invited to check out our dashboard). In particular, timeStops property has below values for days before and after 03/08 which is the start day of daylight saving. This broke our codes and took us a while to track down the issue. We have applied a fix to our dashboard today and I just want to share this with the community and ESRI. Noah Sager
