When I submit the data and go to survey123.arcgias.com to section of data I can see my data , but if export to cell all information there. `what is wrong?

Do you have any staff in UK who is dealing with survey123?

Thanks for the info.  Can you share the form design with me (you can e-mail jtedrick @ Esri.com).  Otherwise, yes, you can work through Esri UK - cconnollyesriuk-esridist‌, what would be the appropriate channel?

I also have this problem. Here is the screenshot: 

Also, when I try to open in Map Viewer, all I get is an empty window, no map. Older surveys work properly. Also my survey has repeats, but I don't see them in the table.
