licenses

I have  downloaded Desktop 10.4 but when I got to filling in the licensing information I got it wrong & i cannot access Desktop. What can I do?

You can reauthorize the software using the ArcGIS Administrator which is in All Programs > ArcGIS. From there click on Desktop and Click. Authorize Now for Single Use or put in the location of the license manager in the Concurrent Use.
