Are the dataset query parameters documented?

I have been unable to find a comprehensive document that describes all of the query parameters that can be used to query Open Data datasets.

There is a section of the documentation that identifies the keyword, q, and group_id parameters. By experimenting with the interface, I can find the following additional parameters

• sort_by=[updated_at | name | relevance]
• sort_order=[asc]  (trying desc or dsc did not appear to affect the results)
• Special value of q=* to return all datasets

Is there any official documentation of the full set of supported query parameters for filtering the datasets?

I have no specific use cases, but we set up Open Data Portals for clients and I simply wanted to be educated.
