Is there a way to use the layout of a page as my main intiative and the layout of the open data portal as the sub page?

The first screenshot of the layout of the "main page". I am wanting to use this layout as a page of my main site. The "Data Sharing" Page will be linked to the screenshot below.
The second screenshot is what I want my main page to be. Where the "Go to the Data" button it will be linked to the screenshot above.
