Installed in July and activated a one-year student trial. But now ArcGIS Administrator shows no license, four months later.
When I tried re-activating with original activation ID furnished by ESRI, this is the error msg:
"Invalid authorization Activation ID: EVA123456789-1010 [Incident #4426-84288360]"
Note: ID#s changed but incident # is unchanged.
What have I done wrong and how can I re-activate my bona fide student trial?
