In the age of digital photography, perhaps, it is time to create a new data type in ArcGIS (in addition to points, polylines, polygons, multipoints, etc.) - for graphical representations of area photographs, perhaps calling it PHOTOSIGHT. It should contain the origin (point from which the photo was taken), angle, subject, perhaps description, depth of field, attachment, etc. The first thing coming to mind, it should look on a map as a sector of a circle, with two radii protruding beyond the circle line. If created, it must be "expandable" for stereo photos, panoramas, and probably even for spherical photos too.

What do you think? We sort of can use combinations of existing data types for this purpose now, but I think, it could be a benefitial in a long run to have this new option.
