Annotation with Representation

Currently representation only functions with line and point features.  It would be great if we could extent the representation functionality to feature linked annotation.  In congested areas even MapPlex doesn’t give us the spacing logic we need to depict all the information.

I would also add that the same annotation doesn't work in exactly the place for every map the annotation is being used for so it would be nice to use representation to customize the annotation or any given map instead of haveing to create a whole new annotation class.  You can't do a "convert annotation to graphics (or text)" either which would also solve this problem.

The creation of a massive new set of annotation layers to play nice with our large set of  representations would be nice as it would declutter the number of feature classes displayed.
