Now in the web apps of ArcGIS Javascript api only cache very little data, and I didn't find any prams to optmize.
So when you browsering large dataset, particularly 3D dataset. It frequently reloads areas that we just browsed and cached a few minutes ago. If we browse a bit faster, sometimes it could lost cache of seconds ago.
Could you set a parameter to determine cache size?
