use an image for symbology - allow file upload

I expected I could browse my C drive and paste the file link or just drag the image to here. You can't.  You have to put it on a server.

Suggestion: allow users to have a standard 'upload file' button, to select a custom image they have created and want to use. And perhaps allow for importing custom layer files for a range of symbology that has been created in ArcMap or Pro via an upload button as well.
