We are a large organization that can have multiple users working on a project at the same time. With the new multiple layout options in ArcGIS Pro it makes sense to have a single project with multiple maps and layouts for most of the GIS work. In some cases we need to have users simultaneously edit layouts when we are up against a deadline. With ArcMap this was not an issue since each project only contained a single layout. In Pro this is an issue. Can there be a way that multiple layouts for a single project can be edited by multiple users at the same time?
Hi @JakeNeedle! This Idea was implemented with the ArcGIS Pro 3.5 release and the introduction of portal projects. A portal project is an ArcGIS Pro project that is created, stored, and managed in an ArcGIS Enterprise portal. Through shared update groups, you can enable multiple users to work in the same portal project. Please note that there are currently no plans to support multi-user access to a local project.
