A tool or python function to break share data locks to specific feature class or table in geodatabase

In geodatabase, when we make schema change, like add field to a feature class, we have to unlock all users on that feature class to do it. For now, we have to disconnect each user but it will unlock all data for each user as mentioned on this page: Managing locks in the geodatabase: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#/Managing_locks_in_the_geodatabase/01900000...
It includes the user/users with 24/7 for internal and external published services. Most time and most users in our organization only read data from our geodatabase, also we have one big read-only geodatabase. These only create share lock to the feature class and table in the geodatabase. It would be great if we have tool or python function to break share locks just to a specific feature class or table when we need.
