Wouldn´t it be cool to see the same Layer List in Web App as in the Web Map?
I mean: When I save a Web Map with the Layer List opened or only opened a specific Group Layer the Layer List Widget in the App should show the same ...
OR (maybe better):
Configure the Layer List "Position" in the widget. So that it is possible to save a group layer as "opened"...
