It would be very useful if it were possible for a single ArcGIS Online account to administer multiple organisations. We create content and support clients who have no in house GIS capabilities and are often not tech savvy. Trying to talk them through simple admin tasks can be time consuming and painful. In many cases all they want is to be able to open a map and get the information they need, they don't want to have to look after the organisation as well.
We have been told that the only way for us to publish and administer content for a client is for us to be given a new account within their organisation. This consumes one of their contributor users, which seems unfair given we already pay for our own contributor license.
