Add Pending Members to Group

I'd like to add a member to a group upon invitation similar to how I can add them to a Role via the CSV file upload. The idea behind this is that we use ArcGIS Online in different courses taught on campus. At the beginning of the semester I upload a CSV file of all students in different courses. I work around this by creating a Role for each section, then once they accept, I move them in to the group. I'd like to be able to add a student in to a group with the course section and title upon inviting them to join our ArcGIS Online site.
