1.2.89: Critical Update to the Survey123 mobile app

Today we updated the Survey123 mobile app in the Google Play and iTunes stores. The build number is now 1.2.89. This build includes the following critical fixes:

• Integer and Decimal type of questions behave as 'required' even if they are not set as such. Fixed.
• In some Android devices, the + button in repeats is very small. Users cannot add repeats. Fixed
• The ParentIDRow value is not populated in repeats. Fixed

We also squeezed a minor user experience enhancement, but we will let you discover it.
