There is guidance hints but they are small. Is that about what you meant?

As @DougBrowning mentions, guidance hints can provide for additional, 'tool-tip' information. See this section of the Survey123 documentation.

Is it in the plan to have a scroll bar and such on these? I could see being able to add images and such also. Hard to give more help in just 5 lines. Thanks
