10.5 User Levels

Given the new user levels in Portal 10.5:

Two questions:

Is it correct that a viewer, level 1, still requires a named user account?

Are the licensing costs going to change based on the number of named users at each Level?

A1) Yes, level 1 is still a named user account.

Q2) Are the licensing costs going to change based on the number of named users at each Level?

A2) I can't comment on this as ArcGIS 10.5 is not final. I suggest you reach out to your local Esri account manager/Distributor to get more details.
