I have provided some responses/resources below. Please let me know if you need anything else.
1. As per our program agreement (Article 5 – Exam Results) to maintain exam security, we are not able to provide the score that is required to obtain a pass rating or provide candidates with their exact score.
2. Exams can be scheduled through our vendor, Pearson VUE, either online or at a testing location. This Esri Community blog is a great resource that walks through the purchase and registration process: Esri Exam Voucher Purchase and Pearson VUE Registration.
3. When you purchase a voucher, it can then be given to someone to schedule their exam. Most vouchers are good for one use, unless you are part of our Esri Partner Network program. Here is another blog that details our vouchers: Esri Technical Certification Voucher Types.
