I see a very old post 2012 https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/export-map-to-cad/idi-p/973706 with no reponse. But maybe in 2023 is possible to export a whole layout in to DWG? Not only features but also the legend, grids, text...
ArcGIS Pro doesn't support exporting the layout view to dwg at this moment. However, there are some powerful PDF to AutoCAD converter tools online you could try that out.

Thank you for the response. The issue is that I'm looking to export the layout view for opening it in AutoCAD (and not the complete feature class) .
HI I recommend you to give Export to CAD a try. It is Geoprocessing Tool under the Conversion tools -> To CAD
