AS I see it, it's only possible to choose EGM96 and Ellipsoidal heigth as vertical datum. In Norway we use NN2000. Today I have to convert the final result into NN2000. I can not find any other solution while not using GCP.
This has been implemented in v4.224.4. Site Scan now offers the vast majority of vertical coordinate systems that are supported in the Esri projection engine. Here is the blog with more details.
HI @Anonymous User you are right and a common "problem" for any user of Site Scan not using GCP's nor EGM96 or WGS84 as a vertical datum (see for example Output Projection WKID 6559 and Vertical Datum NGV... - Esri Community).
A robust and simple solution to get from WGS84 vertical datum to NN2000 is probably what you will have to opt for. The difference between EGM96 geoid and NN2000 (HREF2018 geoid) is typically within +/- 2 meters but the HREF2018 model has a much higher resolution compared with EGM96. So better do a direct WGS84 - NN2000 transform (not use EGM96).
