ArcGIS Workflow Manager

The ArcGIS Workflow Manager extension for ArcMap/Pro (WMX (Classic)) had it’s last/final release with ArcGIS Pro 3.4. No new features or enhancements will be built in WMX (Classic) and Esri recommends that customers plan their transition to service based (either ArcGIS Workflow Manager Enterprise or Workflow Manager for ArcGIS Online).

There is now a new Service-based software offering for ArcGIS Workflow Manager, which is implemented as either ArcGIS Workflow Manager for Enterprise or Workflow Manager for ArcGIS Online.  You can learn more about this service-based Workflow Manager at the following resources:

ArcMap based Workflow Manager (Classic) resources:

There was an Introduction to ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) training that was instructor led, which  focused on the ArcGIS for Workflow Manager (Classic) extension, but that training has now been retired.
