The University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning invites applications for a Lecturer position in its interdisciplinary Program in Sustainability and the Built Environment in Gainesville, Florida. This position is a full-time, tenure ineligible, nine-month position with a teaching focus. The target start date is January 2018, but an August 2018 start is possible to accommodate the selected candidate’s availability.
Candidates should possess technical proficiency with geographic information systems with a geodesign focus*, and demonstrate expertise in its application in at least one of the following areas: Land use analysis and planning, Urban design, Ecosystem management
