If an inspector is in the field, and he captures a deficiency or a problem. Once entered in the Survey 123, can the deficiency or the case entered be emailed directly to someone, say a contractor, or say to staff?

We are using Geoevent to poll the hosted feature service and send emails when surveys are sent in that meet certain requirements ie. a deficiency. It is very easy to setup and we have had much success with this.

I am using this for our Fats, Oils, and Grease program. When our inspector goes to a restaurant....I would love for him to be able to send the completed form to the restaurant manager....just haven't seen a way to do it yet.
